I, and I’m sure like many others, are feeling fear, worry, excessive stress and panic during these crazy times right now. Getting different information from all over, not knowing what is exactly fact or not, and just plain not knowing what the future has in store for myself and my loved ones. There is a sense of helplessness right now, and that can be very overwhelming. But there is something we can do to help ourselves and those around us.
I just came across a blog today (https://thoughtsnlifeblog.com/2020/03/15/let-us-be-positive/) that was a great reminder that the vibrations or thoughts we put out can be very powerful in what happens around us. Negative breeds more negative and positive breeds more positive. So keep being safe in all that you do, but this would be a great time to incorporate a strong positive affirmation into your daily life, instilling positive health for not only you and your family, but also for the world.
The more people focus their thoughts on positive outcomes, positive health and a healthy positive world the more likely that those positive vibrations will take hold and power over the negative vibrations, and in turn create a healthier world around you. It certainly won’t hurt, and the more people doing affirmations like these, on a daily basis, the better.
Here is a great example of affirmations you can do daily. Write this down or just say it to yourself daily, and even many times a day. If you are feeling anxious, read this or write it down repeatedly until you start to feel calm. Use this affirmation or create your own.
“I am healthy. My family is healthy. Every living soul on this planet is healthy. Every living soul and the earth are surrounded with positive healing energy. Every living soul is sending out positive healing energy and vibrations to the world. Anyone who has covid-19 is healing in record time. A vaccine for covid-19 has been made in record time. I, my family, and the whole world are calm and surrounded with positive energy. Every living soul is happy, healthy and calm. Every living soul allows joy to flow freely into their lives and they love themselves. I love myself.”
Another great way to help calm a worried mind is doing a meditation. There are many guided meditations on youtube that you can choose from. You don’t have to be an expert meditator either. Just listen to the meditation and let your body fall into the words.
If you have crystal grids and crystals, you can also create a crystal grid that promotes positive healing for the world. And if you don’t have a crystal grid or crystals then put together a vision board. Find photos of you and your family and cut out words out of magazines or print out a sheet of positive words like: healthy, happy, calm, love, joy, protected, positive, laughing, healing, healthy planet, etc., and put them all on a board together (This could be a great project to do with kids as well, while they home that can also help to instill positive thoughts instead of worry in the minds). Once done put it somewhere you and your family can see it every day. Not only can it help to instill calmness in you and your family around you, but it will also promote positive thoughts instead of negative worry.
